I have had this mouse for a while and had been using it successfully with my 9.7” iPad Pro. Now, since there is official mouse support In iPadOS, it will not pair. Ironically, neither will it pair with my Widows 10 desktop; it does pair easily with a Chromebook. I have tried to connect through.

I've searched the forums and the Internet and I haven't found a solution to this. I have a Microsoft 3600 Bluetooth mouse that I cannot seem to get to connect to Linux reliably as a mouse.
The instructions I follow say to do the following:I have the mouse in pairing mode at the start of this process, and I've tried starting pairing mode in the middle, after agent on, as well. The pairing, trusting and connection all report success but the mouse keeps flashing as if in pair mode. If I power the mouse off and then back on, it will not connect either.
I have had it connect successfully ONCE and work after reboots as well, but I tried to get it working in Windows as well, and I cannot pair it twice. So, I'm trying to get it working in Linux again. It never seems to connect as a mouse.
I'm using Mint Mate 18.
Any help appreciated.

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011) with High Sierra 10.13.6 installed and a Microsoft Mouse Bluetooth 3600 (works without USB dongle) and I can't pair the devices.

On my old Macbook Air at my latest job its just worked fine.

But now I tried everything, tried to reset bluetooth settings and this is not even appearing on the device list on Macbook.

My bluetooth software version is 6.0.7f10

I looked at Google and the is a few articles, but not specific to my case.

If you have connected the mouse on another computer make sure it has been 'forgotten' as the headset will try to connect to that device and will not be discoverable to another device.
